Responsibilities

  • Interact with existing and potential Yardly clients
  • Interact with service partners - interviewing onboarding support on day-to-day issue
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure delivery of service and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Respond to quote requests and convert leads into paying customers
  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Gather and analyze customer data and drive growth
  • Identify new growth opportunities

  • Self-directed and passionate about generating new ideas
  • Quick learner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic and personable

Technical Skills


Must Haves
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge about AdWords and other online marketing channels
  • Aptitude for customer service
